Payment, Delivery and Warranty Terms – Ballid.com

1. General Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all commercial transactions between the Ballid.com online store (hereinafter "the Store") and its customers (hereinafter "the Customer"). We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at our discretion to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.

2. Payment Methods

We offer a variety of secure payment methods to ensure a smooth checkout experience. All transactions are encrypted and processed through our trusted partners:

- Online Banking: Direct payments from all major banks.
- Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- Invoicing and Installments: Buy now, pay later options via providers such as Klarna.
- Mobile Payments: Fast checkout via GooglePay or Apple Pay.

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment service providers. No credit card information is stored on our servers.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

- Processing Time: For pre-orders, items will be dispatched according to the estimated shipping date provided on the product page (September 2026). For products currently in stock, orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Shipping Costs: The shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on the delivery
method and destination.
- Delivery Methods: We use reliable carriers (e.g., Posti, DHL, UPS) to ensure your
package arrives safely.

Estimated Delivery Times:

- Domestic (Finland): 2–5 business days.
- European Union: 5–10 business days.
- Rest of the World: 7–21 business days. Please note: For orders delivered outside the European Union, the Customer is responsible for all applicable import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays or carrier delays.

Pre-Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your pre-order at any time before the product has been dispatched for shipping. We believe in a flexible shopping experience, so you are not locked into your purchase while we are in the production phase.

2. Full Refund Guarantee

If you choose to cancel your pre-order, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price, including any initial shipping costs paid at the time of order.

3. Refund Process

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support at info@ballid.com with your order number. Once your request is received:

The refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with consumer protection laws, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

This period begins from the day the Customer receives the product.

- Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in its original
resalable condition.
- Notification: Returns must be initiated by contacting our customer service at:
info@ballid.com.
- Return Shipping Costs: The Customer is responsible for the costs of returning the
product, unless the return is due to a defective item or an error made by the Store.

5. Unclaimed Packages

Failure to collect a package from a pickup point is not considered a valid return. We reserve the right to charge a fixed handling fee of 20 € for unclaimed shipments that are returned to us by the carrier to cover processing and shipping costs.

6. Reclamation and Damaged Goods

If a product arrives defective or has been damaged during transit, please contact Ballid.com customer service immediately with photos of the damage. We are liable for defects in accordance with our warranty terms and consumer protection laws.

7. Force Majeure

The Store is not liable for delays or failures to fulfill obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, or disruptions in global logistics and transport networks.

8. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be settled through negotiation between the parties, the Customer may contact the Consumer Disputes Board. Additionally, customers within the EU can use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission.
