Warranty Terms and Limitations

Warranty We offer a 2-year warranty on our products starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal, intended use. If a defect occurs during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at no additional charge.

Warranty Limitations Please note that our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear: Including, but not limited to, the natural wear of O-rings, pressure seals, scratches, or cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.

  • Improper use or negligence: Damage caused by dropping, forceful impact, misuse, or over-pressurizing the device.

  • Improper maintenance: Damage resulting from a failure to follow the provided user instructions.

  • Unauthorized modifications: Any product that has been altered, modified, or repaired by the customer or an unauthorized third party.

  • Environmental damage: Damage caused by extreme temperatures, improper storage, or exposure to harsh chemicals.

How to make a warranty claim If you suspect your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service immediately at info@ballid.fi. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect. We reserve the right to inspect the product before issuing a replacement. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under consumer protection laws.
